◽ I can always decline and refuse a commission if I feel so.
◽ If you pay without reading these T.O.S. I will not refund you.
◽ Payments plan only available for 200+$.

◽ PayPal only, invoice accepted.
◽ Only payment in 24h.
◽ Payments upfront > anything.
◽ Both USD and EURO are okay ( euros preferred ).
◽ No refuds, if you pay you automatically agree with the T.O.S.
★ A B O U T . H O L D S
◽ Free 1 day holds.
◽ From 2 days to 7 days costs you an extra fee of +1$ per day.
◽ No holds longer than one week.
◽ Hold fees must be payed in advance.
◽ ^ because you have to pay for the hold even if you change your mind*.
★ A R T . P R O G R E S S I O N
◽ You will gets WIPs only if you ask for them.
◽ For reference sheets you will be updated costantly with W.I.P images ( sketch + lines + colors + complete ).
◽ It's your responsability to save your pic immediatly. I will delete the pic right after uploading it to my gallery / max seven days after the artowork is completed.
★ O T H E R . S T U F F
◽ Free art pics are up to me to finish when I have freetime from job.
◽ I'll make pics around 2000 x 2000 px, if you want more just tell me.
◽ For my designs, you can do whatever you want ( genderbend / add / modify / etc ) without asking
◽ You can resell my adopts for a higher price only if you have other payed pics ( don't earn on free pics! ).
◽ You can't use my free pics to overstimate the value of your ocs, since it's free it does not count!
◽ You are totally free to post around my artworks ( I'll be very happy if you do! ) but remember to give me credits!
◽ You can't ask for gifts! No need to explain why.
◽ Don't even think to edit directly my art because you absolutely can't. If you need some changes please ask me not after seven days from the end of the commission.
★ L A S T . B U T . N O T . L E A S T
◽ It's hard for me to sell something ( no matter if it's a ych or a commission or an adopt ), so if you claim a slot for something or a design and you suddenly change your mind, this will be very very rude for me because I have to start from zero and try again to sell it with even more troubles. don't forget this is my actual job and I take it very seriously so please don't be cruel and be sure you want something from me before buying. I'm really earning only enough to pay my bills, I also have troubles making grocery shopping so please, be kind. ; _ ; <3
◽ Last but not least II, I'm sorry for my reminders spam. Just understand for a moment that I have a few followers and since it's my only job ( other than my everlasting passion, of course ) for now I have to spam them over a lot.
