Trying to learn to draw in a style similar to Araki is hard when you have no proper training

step 2: draw the first pose that comes to your mind (or look up fashion modeling pictures)
step 3: draw as many straight lines as possible
step 4: use low-saturation colors
That's the simplest way to imitate the style in a passable way... I would make sure to practice by visually copying a drawing or two.
