Anyone who does so gets a ticket.
If you REALLY want to win a particular rocking cat there are a few ways.
1. Get someone else to watch (be sure to have them tell me you sent them) = 1 extra ticket per watch
2. Create journal named "Adopt Raffle by Juju-Z" (with a link to this image, be sure to tell me in some way, either in the comments or with a note, so I know) = 1 extra ticket
3. If you post the best joke in the comment section by the time I close the raffle (Told you : D) = 3 extra tickets.

I realize being watcher hungry is not the most respectable thing, but I REALLY want to have enough watchers that by the time I start my comic plans proper, I don't end up ignored.
