Hello, here are my terms of service!

By commissioning the artist you are agreeing to the terms of service!
GENERAL
The artist reserves the right to refuse any commission based on personal reasons. You may not commission artwork going against the guidelines of the website, depicting political views.
The commission price includes three edit rounds if necessary. If you need more editing done to your commission be aware that this will influence the price so make sure to note all the changes you want to be made during the sketching phase.
Please always have a look at the current commission status before you request anything.
The artist only offers five commission slots at a time. Only after the current commissions are done new commission slots will be made available.
PAYMENT and REFUNDS
Payment will only be accepted via PayPal in USD. Please do not send me any money before you received an invoice!
At least 50% of the payment is required up front before the artist will start to work on your commission. For bigger commissions payment plans can be discussed.
If the artist or the client has to cancel a commission for whatever reason the client will receive a full refund if the sketch has not been started yet. If the sketch is already done a refund of 50% of the commission price is available.
COPYRIGHT
The artist reserves the copyright of any artwork they produce. You may not repost any artwork without written permission from the artist.
You may use your commissioned artwork for personal uses only.
Please do not edit, replicate, claim as your own or use any artwork for commercial uses.
When using your commissioned artwork please make sure to properly credit the artist by linking back to any of my social media accounts.
