Might be selling my PC... (Sale?)

*sigh*
Someone did remove some of my stuff. No one told me anything prior. This is also in addition to journals from long ago. Not a fan of that...
Anyway, I did mention that I was thinking of selling my PC. I don't really want to right now as I don't have the money to upgrade right this instant, though I do want to upgrade.
I was going to give my computer to a friend, or continue to add onto it, but I think I just want to go ahead and sell it.
Besides, I originally put this PC together to do 3D work and play games. It would be a shame to see much of that power go to waste and just sit in a corner collecting [more] dust.
I'm still not sure about some things right now, but at the moment, I was thinking of selling it for $475. It cost me just over $625+ when I got everything.
I was going to look up everything now and see how much it retails for, but prices are kind of all over the place, and it was taking a while when I was trying to do something. Anyway, here are the specs:
Motherboard: Gigabyte 970A-DS3P (Rev 2)
Memory: 2x Ballistix 8GB DDR3 memory, 1x generic 2GB DDR3 memory - 18GB total (sorry, not sure of speeds)
CPU: AMD FX 8320 8-core 3.5GHz (Vishera)
GPU: EVGA GTX 950 SC
CPU cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo (I think)
Optical Drive: Blu-Ray R/RW (sorry, can't remember brand or speed)
Hard Drives: 1x 1TB hard disk drive (actual space ~800GB, sorry can't remember brand or speed)
Cooling: 6 fans (2 top-mounted, 1 side-mounted with blue LED, 1 front-mounted with blue LED, 1 back-mounted built into case, 1 built into PSU)
(Sorry, can't remember sizes. I think they are all 120mm. More information can be available upon request)
PSU: 550W 80+ certified (sorry, can't remember brand)
Case: Raidmax Super Viper (black and orange)
WiFi: NetGear A6200 WiFi Adapter
Monitor: Acer G215H (I can throw this in for another $50)
Sorry if there's anything I left out. As I said, more information will be available upon request. There is quite a bit of dust. I've dusted it out a few times before, but it's not in the best of locations.
The front panel of the case has come off. I even got a replacement for it, and that also came off. It was super flimsy to begin with, and broke with a slight tug of a headphone cable. I think this is what happened both times.
It was honestly in the way and you can't even notice it missing.
The WiFi adapter kind of separated randomly. I came to the house a month or two ago and found it just... separated. It still works fine, but looks like someone broke it. It's not broken. It should just snap back together, but I couldn't get it to snap back.
The BD drive works fine, but I couldn't play any actual Blu-rays. This is more an issue with programs than the drive. MicroSoft Media Center (gross) wouldn't play them, and after doing some digging and downloading, I couldn't get VLC to play them either.
Everything needs to be cleaned, which if someone buys this, of course I'll clean this as best I can. Also if someone buys this, I'll throw in the keyboard and Mouse at no extra cost (I think they cost me about $30).
As far as gaming goes, so far I've been able to handle everything on ultra with little problem. Only a few games slow down at certain times (such as Elite Dangerous on ultra in asteroid belts with volumetric shadows and mist clouds).
As far as general use, I don't have much slow down. Windows already doesn't handle memory very well, or does but has secret stuff running in the background a lot. I could have half my memory available, but it would sometimes act like it's completely full.
Some of that is because the HDD is almost full, and some of that is because my browser has a lot of tabs open.
I don't fully know what I would be upgrading to. I have a couple of ideas, but nothing solid. Even if I sold everything here, I still wouldn't be able to afford one of the higher end GPUs, which I think is absolutely ridiculous.
Seriously, go look up a GTX 1080 TI (can get some USED at $600 from Ebay. Retails as high as $1,500+).
Though I would like it, I wouldn't and couldn't go high end, but I would like some more up-to-date and better stuff.
What would I be doing in the meantime if someone bought this?
I don't know... finally catching up on a few games I've been wanting to play?
Doing some much needed cleaning and downsizing?
Spending more time sleeping and / or with my kids?
Spending some time actually reading some of the books I have and / or (re)learning to draw.
If anyone is interested, please let me know.
