There are only a few possibilities as to why you have gotten this error, as this invite link has not changed for a significantly long time. Here are some simple steps you can take to resolve the issue:
- Discord may be having problems. Check Discord's server status to see if it is having issues. If it is, please wait until the issues are resolved and then attempt to join again. It can take anywhere between a few minutes and several hours for issues to be resolves, though they are uncommon.
- The Invite Link has been discontinued. This has never happened before, but it is entirely possible. Please send the server owner, growlmon, a note here on FA inquiring about the server and he will look into the issue and assist you as needed. Make sure you include your Discord ID in the note.
- You are currently suspended from the server. This server's been up for a while and you may have gotten banned years ago when there weren't as many people in it. Not to worry, past actions can be forgiven on a case-by-case basis. Regardless, you'd know if you were banned by now if you have sent growlmon a note inquiring about the server and your Discord ID is showing up as banned. The appeal is simple, simply send growlmon a note explaining how you have improved your behavior since the time you were banned, why you would like to rejoin the server, and what you intend to do in the server.
