Opening commissions and such? (Your opinion)

The reason why I haven't set up comissions is because I don't really have a solid account to process transactions. I don't own a bank account (yet).
I have a Paypal but it doesn't have any cards attached to it. I can accept money on it but not spend it.
I am thinking if I should accept commissions anyway, have the money accumulate, then once my account has a bank account attached, I can use the money.
I could open slots for animation and traditional drawings.
Should I open commissions anyway with my Paypal? If people are interested/care about that?
