Yeah it happened with me once. Had a drawing if my own, but it was considered "tracing" and was removed...where my recolor piece was left how it was. For safety mesures (ever since) I add to my descriptions, that I have allowance to repost (or do whatever with the posted stuff) from the original artist...
Still, the one thing I've spent some time to draw and post were the one that took the fall. It made me feel so shitty, that I've never bothered to repost it or defend myself. But since them my heart turned colder and more stone-like, so it wouldn't bother me anymore...I would just mourn the comments that others made to the art, since removing it without a warning is super disrespectful toward them as well...
