No refunds after artwork is finished. Small corrections can be done as the artwork is being worked on, bigger corrections after sketch is finished have to be paid for.

Won't draw scat, watersports, sexual gore, cub and most nsfw (Usually tasteful nudity is ok, but it will cost extra) also no humans
A client sometimes must provide a proof of character ownership. I won't draw characters that don't belong to the commissioner and they didn't have permission to use them from the original owner. When that's the case I have a right to decline any service.
I won't be taking commissions from empty accounts.

Scrapped poses can be used by me as a YCH
Commissioned artwork can't be used for making profit unless I agreed to it, in those cases the base price doesn't apply anymore and it will be discussed instead.
