Funnily enough I have very strong feelings on this one.

Living food theme grosses me out horribly. Especially candy and such monsters. I imagine their lifespan is like a week before they get horribly linty, moist, soggy, stale and slimy... urgh.. nightmarish :'D

I don't think many think of it that way at all and I have no idea why I've thought about it this much haha

I think those are entirely valid feelings to have, with characters, immersion is important especially when it comes to something as intimate as sex.

This is why I ask about this, because I feel it is a big make or break for people that dislike the idea of them being actually made out of food, whereas, the folks that would prefer them to be made out of food would likely still like them regardless either or, and so I feel I may essentially just be turning many people away from enjoying them for what could be a reason that may not be worth it lol.

Ahah, true. I quess some people would find it frustrating to see something that looks edible but just is not.. like tide pods lol
