Vicky Wyman's Estate
Hi, all. Marianne here.
I am the Executrix for Vicky Wyman's estate, as some of you know. I am trying to track down folks that were owed art. I have noted some of you.
It would be helpful if you send me a link to the art or a description of it if you think you are owed art. I would prefer you send the information to my RL email: ninetiger[at]aol.com
In this way, I have a record of your correspondence for estate purposes.
It has been a hard 5 months doing this, so your patience is appreciated.
My husband and I retrieved back in September all of Vicky's property at the house. We also cleaned out her storage pod in Fruitland in October and November. So whatever art I have in my possession is all that is left. If anything went missing or was destroyed, it happened long before I got on the scene to sort things. As they say: Nothing in the world is perfect or permanent.
I know some of you worried about Vicky's cats. I and my husband retrieved all 6 of them back in September. PeepPeep (13?) was very sick with kidney disease. She weighed less than 4 pounds and had to be euthanized after a stroke. The younger cats, Storm (3?), Raven and Tigger (1), were adopted out to good homes with the help of the excellent people down at the Animal welfare League of Arlington. They were completely vetted. FYI, Raven and Tigger, each weighing in at 16 lbs!, went to the same home. :)
Old Squeak (15) and Saffron (9), also fully vetted, have joined my household, and have tagged teamed with my cat, Bella, also 9, to run the house.
For now, I cannot speak of other matters, but know I am doing the best I can in a very messy situation.

as for myself, the only image I could comission from her is in my possession, so all is well.
(and found Everchanging Palace issue 1-3 on ebay, too. :) as well as a colour special of Xanadu.)
Best to you.
And no, I am owed no art.
Update: Artist was known as William Blackfox and he created Warthaven.
BTW, i'm ATHEIST, so yeah.. no faith to 'ruin' in the first place bucko... Lets just say.. we're not friends anymore.. because of some other thing that happened AFTER that, and after I thought i had mended bridges with him...
After all, suiciding gods ( because they hate themselves so much ) wouldn't exactly be useful for anything other than, well, blowign themselves up.
He stated he didn't like my science trampling on his religion (sorry sir but if your religion doesn't stand up to questions then its not much of a religion to stand on its own)
I FIGURE he'd have realize the reverse, that I don't like his religion trampling on my science.
This all started from when i told him about the science-claim that humans almost went extinct 70k years ago.. and he replied back with 'oh that happened twice/the time you mentioned and also noah's ark...

Anyone have a TARDIS that I can borrow for a few seconds?
By the way, Anbessa says she is blocked from the site for some reason. Contact her if you could please.
besides, they have the link I was wanting to give you. :P
I'm vice chair of one of the Australian conventions. We hoisted a sake glass for Vicky at our opening ceremonies.
But seeing how many comment here, I am sad I missed meeting a wonderful person.
You are indeed the Most Fine and Noble person I have Ever had the pleasure of making the acquaintance of!
I understand all too well how troublesome and hard a task this can be, as I had to sort out my mother's affairs after she died. It was a long and very hard road, but in time everything got settled.
Miss Wyman owed myself Nothing. I was fortunate enough to have spoken to her several times and even became good friends with her...her passing was not only very shocking, but equally sadning. The world suffered a Great loss that day....
But it has now regained a Great Hope in Humanity with this Incredibly Noble Deed you have embarked upon, and I Personally just wanted to Thank You. ~Dar

Not sure if the person is still on FA. Can you folks get the word out so I can perhaps reunited this piece to the person who commissioned it?
I also found an inked drawing of 3 foxes in ancient Greek attire, rolled, with just the name Dana on a piece of paper. This was from 2013. Any clues as to who this might be? I have dug around in Vicky's address book and the files (gallery and scraps) here on FA, but no luck turning up the image scanned or the person. All I have is a name and the artwork.
After April 3 2019, any commissions not returned back to the folks that commissioned the work will be distributed to the beneficiaries as per law (claims upon the estate must be done by April), just an FYI. That is why I have contacted folks and left a message here for stuff I have found and have on hand.
Part of this executrix work (where is my whip) is being a detective.

I recommend posting a new journal including this information. That way your watchers will be notified that you've posted and they can help spread the word to find these folks.
