Personally, I think that Gnomes and Tauren should've been neutral.

The lore behind the gnomes suggested they should be in the alliance, because they have always been allied with the dwarves. And the Dwarves have always been allied with the humans.

The Tauren... the horde helped them at one point... Lol... there's no other lore behind it.

I ssid the gnomes because they were the least mentioned in the previous games and that would make it even. Damn that took forever to type!
