*Updated: 12/01/2019 - Re-vamp of the rules for 2019
BUYING RULES:
Serious buyers only. - PLEASE do not comment if you can't afford the adoptable for any reason.
If you cannot pay within 48 hours after my confirmation saying it is yours (without approval of a longer time frame by me) the adoptable will be open for adoption again.
If it is an auction, please reply to the most recent highest bidder and the last highest bid posted after 48 hours wins!
PAYMENT:
Prices are USD.
Money payments are only accepted through PayPal via invoice.
Point payments (DA) are to be sent through my commission widget! - DO NOT send them via gift or donate. Please wait to pay until I tell you a payment is set up for you!
TERMS OF USE:
You may:
Make changes such as adding/removing accessories, colours, gender, etc.
Trade/give the design away - just let me know who the new owner is!
Ask for the original art of the adoptable without the watermark - just ask and I'll send it to you!
You can re-upload the image of your adopt ONLY if you credit me by putting my name or link back to my profile
You may NOT:
Claim the artwork and design as your own.
Resell the design.
OTHER STUFF:
If you don't like my prices or my rules, don't complain. - You're not required to buy from me and you're welcome to look elsewhere!
All fake bids will not be tolerated.
If you try to adopt from me multiple times and retract every time you will be banned from adopting from me.
These are my rules and terms of service for when you adopt from me. When you adopt from me, I expect that you have read, understand and for you to follow them.
