Need to seriously art

I need to buckle down and art. I could do commissions but I'm lacking motivation and confidence that I can pull off being a commissioned artist. I feel my coloring and digital skills lack. Partly cause I'm a perfectionist. Any advice or words of encouragement might help. What do you guys think?
