How does it works? xD

Every time (well, most of it) when I go to a Browse page and surfin' to see some skilled art and artists, here's what happens mostly:
I see some good art > I go and fave it (if that's an original work in the artist gallery)> I'm checking out the artist gallery to see and fave more great art > I go to the artist page - I see it's a russian artist. (even if they hide their info about where they are from, there are people who leave some comments in russian, soo...)

just... HOW? xD

Don't get me wrong, I have nothing bad or wrong when I mean it, but thats just funny xD and it mostly works with the good or great skilled artists)
Of course, I watch many artists from the Europe and... and.. from all over the world of course, but exact this situation goes pretty well only when I go and browse for some great art xD


P.S. (and here goes the biggest part, and starts a pretty spiky question. I don't want to offend anyone, so if you feel so - stop reading.)

Also, what do you guys think of people who draw\upload their.. ughum.. baby fetishes, considering that many people\furries find it pretty kinky (like diapers, cubs in general, etc) and it shows up pretty well even in SFW mode on? I mean, come on. As far as I know, FA rules goes like this:
"Submissions involving sexual situations cannot contain characters under 18 or adolescent animals. Minors cannot be around nudity unless it’s a non-sexual depiction of birth or breastfeeding."
But. But. Come on guys, we all know that cubs stuff is kinky for ughm... mostly cubs-oriented people anyway. And if thats kinky, that should be in NSFW content, right? Because kinky = sexual anyway.
Here's what FA rules says again about the nsfw (adult):
"Nudity - Contains nudity involving adult themes or sexual situations.
Sexual Situations - Contains explicit sexual content such as sex acts, explicit sexual situations or discussion, and extreme fetishes.
Other - Contains bodily fluids or drug use in sexual situations."

So here's a thing that goes even further.. As far as I know, diapers, gold rain, watersports, scat, gases, fat, extreme fat furs, hyper-inflation, vore, - it all goes to extreme fetishes. Right? So when we go to a SFW mode on, we probably want to see some clean art, right? Like, there are still people who like the clean art, without any point of the creatures having sex or... dreaming of it in fetishistic ways.. So. The question is.. WHY. ლ(ಠ_ಠ ლ)

I mean it seems like FA stuff doesn't cares much about the cubs stuff, yet for as long as I know, CP was the main reason for inkbunny to be created, no? and thats probably the main reason why its banned in Russia.
So... why, if cp is banned on FA, it still exists, but in a "kinky cubs in diapers etc" way? 'cause you can't say a creature that has childish body and proportions, mumbles and uses the diaper for what it should be used for, you can't say it's 18 y.o., right?) And even when thats a 18+ creature in a diaper, with at least one of the fetishes I've mentioned before - thats a fetish, mostly extreme fetish, it makes people heartbeat go whoosh-whoosh idk, it horns and warms 'em up, if you know what I mean. Right?? so just WHYYYYY...ლ(ಠ_ಠ ლ)
