Finally lost patience with him. Took my money, broke every deadline, doesnt keep his promises for replying back with wips, absolutely no respect for the customer and now he completely stopped replying and I lost my 290bucks. It should become an animation.
If he ever approaches you for anything DONT, worst artist I ever had business with. Except if you want to receive just 2-3 wips instead of a finished piece *grmls*
Paid it in full on the 14.03.16 and he said himself just 2-3 months for the animation.... yeah sure...
UPDATE:
After I made this journal contact got reestablished, with some luck he will finally finish what he owes me.

Still nothing from him and it's several months again. Yep don't trust him.

Good to hear that you didnt fall into his trap! Hope your friend didnt gave him much money.
I still owe folks art too, but die to current issues with dad's health, I've had to put everything on hiatus until things get better.
I try to update others as to his situation in journals.
And yeah, its totally different if the artist stays in touch, gives regular updates and wips etc... he on the other side does nothing of it. He told me back when he still replied to an inquiry that he will give me wips and stuff the next day or 2 but a week later he still havent provided any. When I ask about them he was silent for weeks again if not months only to hear the same line as before that he will in a day or 2. That is just disrespectul and a blatant lie.
