I hate this

I can't keep my head up and my eyes open. I chugged 32 ounces of coffee and I get eight hours of sleep every night, but every day I'm so tired all the time. I just want to get things done, and I have so much to do

If you take Vitamin D supplements, make sure it's Vitamin D3. It's the closest form to what your body naturally produces from sunlight (D2 is made from plant sources), raises the levels more and keeps them up longer.
Also, if you're getting your caffeine from soda, watch the sugar content. Sugar is a false high -- you'll feel energized (or, in my case, just cranky) for ten minutes, then crash. And whatever your preferred method of caffeinating may be, work on it slowly throughout the day. You can substitute a Red Bull for coffee, but only if you drink it like coffee, IE: sip it periodically throughout the day instead of "pounding down" one because they're so hideous.
