I’m sorry to hear that. My wife knows she is loved by my actions, not my words. If he does not make you feel loved in either way, then communicate with him. Has he always been this way? Is he depressed about something? There’s no shame in calling it quits if the love is gone, but communication is a requirement and a foundation for a healthy relationship.

Give being single a try. Being single is awesome! I've been single for 7 years following the MGTOW philosophy and
its like a huge burden was lifted off my shoulders. No longer having to look out for anyone except yourself. I got a good
job once I gave up on relationships, built up a sizable savings and am looking to buy my first house. Also going back
to college to follow my passion. Only having to answer to yourself is pure freedom. All your time, energy and money is
spent on you and what you want to do. Its amazing!
