Wow, that's pretty cool to see a Jay Ward cartoon from 1980! It even has some of the same wacky sound effects from Joe Siracusa, though I also heard some unusual synthesized sound effects that I remember being heard in the Chuck Jones productions that Rich Harrison was the editor for.

And he got the old gang of voice actors back too. I was unaware of this; thanks for letting me know about it!

Also, I wonder if Jay Ward Productions would've even animated the series themselves if it was picked up? I know around 1979, Jay Ward and Bill Scott were planning a "Rocky and Bullwinkle" revival that would have been animated at DePatie-Freleng.
