Haven't painted anything in a while, Resident Evil 2 came out, then Kingdom Hearts, then there's all these shows I might want to try out and see if they are any good. I want to start a new painting, no commission at the moment. I've got a few ideas, I want to try things I haven't done before. Got an idea for a body building picture so I can paint a new body type, maybe a smaller emotional piece...but really I just wanna eat Chinese and watch myself become a chonk.

I never played the original, in fact the only traditional-ish RE I played was RE Zero and then 4 and 5. Leon is the best character, I will tell you.
I'll admit I never play on hard, especially in horror games because I don't really get afraid of the game, I get afraid of becoming frustrated with the game. Thats why I hate bosses, the fear of getting stuck trying to beat it and now I have to deal with that stress and frustration until I get passed it. I get angry at games really easy :V Oh yeah and the gator, I don't know what it was like in the original but the dang thing kept killing me in the remake. I didn't know where I was supposed to move to avoid it, but it was actually pretty easy after you realize the short pattern. I was also confused with the continuity with Claire and Leon's story. Claires doing the things Leon did but this is supposed to be simultaneously happening, Mr. X is alive at a later point in Leons story but dies in earlier in Claires. You know what was my favorite part though? Sherry's segment, that was pretty cool. Ada's however was hot garbage.
My hope is that Resident Evil remakes itself and gets away from all the t-virus, big mutant organ crabs with eyeball weakpoints and rocket launchers. The scariest game I ever played was Thief Deadly Shadows. Not the whole game just some levels.
Oh man, the Shalebridge Cradle is the scariest level ever made. Later in the game stone statues come to life and stomp around looking for you. And in deep semi sentient voices they say things like "FIIIND AND CRUSH AND FIND AND KILL AND FIIIIIIIND" and when they see you you hear them come stomping up behind you with headphones and freak out.
"NOOOTHING AND NOONE AND NOTHING AND NOONE TO FIND TO KILL"
I really miss that era of games. No take down animations, no mini map, you can tell the level is already set up, they don't manipulate it while you're playing it, like you pick up an item and zombies spawn behind you.
By the way I hated the sewer in RE 2 remake, I hate the sewer in every game, yet they keep making sewer levels.
