Seems like a fun raffle, I'm doing the "journal" bit of it. So...

By participating in the lottery, you can get a choice of several gifts at once and absolutely free!
The winner will be able to choose:
+ one OC art from me + one OC art from ShamziWhite;
+one OC art from me + super detailed background from ShamziWhite (or vice versa);
+ one adopt from me + one from ShamziWhite (you can suggest a palette and race).

The one whose number wins will be able to choose absolutely any plot for OC
(among the my exceptions - pee, poo, hard gore, sorry pals. I reserve the right to propose other plots for drawing, if i have some troubles with the fetishes \\ basically no)
( among the ShamziWhite exceptions - gore, vore, scat, diapers)
Commission limitations:
+ character needed - OC or canon (! no restriction by race or gender);
+plot needed - no "just draw.. smthn, you know";
+1 creature per the comm. (if you want some couple things or multiple char-s, we will have to negotiate the price, but 1 OC would be still for free);
+free simple background according to my choice as addition for your OC.
The lottery will last until the 23 of February. The commission will be executed within 1 month from the moment of the lottery completion. Please keep in mind that since February 28, I am leaving for a week on vacation - this time falls out of the "counter".

! -> Also, guys and ladies - I would like to clarify that moment: if you win according to a random number, but you will not be among the watchers (i'll check at the moment of the lottery ends), I will have to choose the winner again.
