Wuff combined his Valentines holiday with a birthday party for a friend. The two of us spend all day on Thursday cooking sauces from scratch and assembling over 25 pounds of vegetarian (Zucchini & Spinach) lasagna.
On Saturday, we invited a whole bunch of friends to her party, and baked up 2 of the 3 we'd made (the 3rd went into the freezer for future nomnoms). We had a wonderful time! Lots of delicious food! Lots of fun conversation. Wuff gave out some cooking tips and "sold" a couple of those silicon molds to make his egg bites with. And may have 'sold' a Sous Vide appliance or two too. *grin*
So it was a great week/weekend/holiday!
