The trick is getting enough other people to also not do it. Then the site has to find a way to sell eyeballs to the advertisers that doesn't piss off their viewers.

There are many sites I don't bother with because they waste more of my time than I think they're worth.

Until you stop doing captchas, the site will assume you consider it worth your time. Sort of like all those claiming they hate Amazon, yet they buy from them and many have memberships. The only 'vote' that you have is your time and money.
