Not even 5 minutes after I made my last journal, the strange one where I'm just trying to be humorous (that doesn't exist anymore, I know), my kids get into a random fight.
My daughter, the "little" one (youngest, but the biggest one here), doesn't listen very well and it often seems as though she's antagonizing others. Really, she's just curious.
Whereas my other one has mild food aggression I think. They weren't even eating, he was just standing next to the food bag. The little one kept coming over, curious as to what he was doing I guess. That's when the older one attacked.
Not his first time, though possibly the worst? I stopped them, but in the process, I noticed my hand got ripped apart. I saw blood dripping down one finger and it looked kinda nasty. A fairly deeper cut, with parts almost 2mm+ deep.
It wasn't until I started making this journal that I noticed 2 or 3 other fingers / areas are cut open. I didn't really feel much during the attack. Heat of the moment and all. But it ~was~ an attack. One where the other would probably be in serious pain.
As such, I'm raising my oldest's food aggression level to moderate, and I guess I really am going to have to invest in a muzzle or two.
Where is this aggression coming from? I guess you won't know all about a person the first time you see them. Or maybe even the first month or so. But more than a few times, when I've finally got to see some people's true colors... I didn't like them.
Felt like I was being led astray the entire time. Actually, I know that was the case for a few people. They wanted something from me or someone else. Once they felt they got it all, they didn't care what you saw or happened to you
But my kids?

I don't want my family to get torn apart before it even truly begins.
I already have to take one to the vet for a possible kidney disease, and the other seems to have had respiratory problems since I've had him. But the lack of money makes this all hard. Now I feel even worse for spending some money on myself a week ago.
I have to go now. Gotta wrap up my hand, clean up the blood, and check for any unforeseen damage elsewhere.

My fingers are fine, just need them to heal. And I'm saving money to take them to the vet hopefully next week.
