Yup! There's quite a few, but I've found Buyee to be the easiest to use. Buyee lets you purchase items from Amazon JP, Yahoo! Shopping, and Yahoo! Auctions, plus a few more.

I myself have bought some items from Amazon JP. However, due to the fact that you're using a middleman, there's going to be a minor fee in using the service, and there will be a wait time for your item to arrive, although that's a given considering the distance, hehe.

Doing a search leads me to FromJapan and ZenMarket. I wouldn't be able to tell you anything about them though because Buyee is the only proxy purchase site I've used. You'd have to look into each of their pros and cons.
