Wait why were you banned? O.o

A day after I pointed out to someone that they were full of crap (and they conceded), a months' old submission of "a minor touching a breast" caused a final warning ban.

A kicker is I filed an appeal asking for a grace period after the ban was lifted - mainly so I didn't get a double-whammy right in a row (and stated that I was pretty sure this was an internet petty revenge take-down given the circumstances and timing).

It took a couple inquiries, but the staff who responded ... didn't instill any confidence tbh. Mostly because they tried to sound more dignified than they were by incorrectly using a fancy word. "I have had clemency on your offense and given you 2 weeks to ensure your gallery is compliant"

Have you ever had clemency? I haven't had clemency. What's it feel like?

I cannot say I have ever had clemency. Perhaps it's akin to diarrhea?

Unfortunately, my experience on this site has been that any and all outcomes are based entirely upon the whim of whomever your request or appeal goes to. Ugh.

Well, I don't blame you. It's clear the circle of allowable behaviour here has been shrinking, and the centre is not in a reasonable location. I figure it's only a matter of time, before a viable alternative and a critical mass exodus of furries there rends this place into Furnation, VCL, Trapline, etc. I would only put up with so much interference before going somewhere else, inertia being a heavy, but not immovable weight.
