How should do commissions?

I want to try taking commissions, but I'm unsure how I should go about it.
I don't know what I should charge or if a pwyw model would be more effective..
I'm also pretty nervous that I won't be able to finish them in a timely manner either. ://
Anyone got any tips or advice to share?

Start off easy and cheap to help get your name and work out there!
Maybe offer some sketches from $4-7
Don't worry about offering your client WIP or updates.
Just keep it simple and cheap
As you start to build an audience and you find your niche you can start experimenting w/ YCH's and different quality tiers
It also doesn't hurt to pick a fetish :3c
