Do you have an paypal account in the first place? If not, create one, because otherwise they would send it to your bank account and maybe thats not legal in Russia or something.

I reccommand calling them and getting more information about it. If we can send you the money and you're able to still get it, then it should be alright. You may have to take their special pre-paid Paypal cards or something.

Well, I mean, that is the cost of doing international business. Maybe you could rent a P.O. box or something? I'm not sure what you'd call it over there, but you can rent one here for $5/month, which adds a layer of anonymity where possible.

You see, I have some serious haters (because I draw that I draw). So I can be sure that person who I will deal with not them. Or it could be just sick joke (I already had such experience).

No one gives their name and home address out in a public journal... That's only if the person is paying in such a way--> then the person can privately note them that information.

Other than what you listed, there isn't many other ways to get money to you. If international money orders aren't possible, or paypal and WU, then you'd have to go through some other online dealie that might not be entirely trustworthy for you and the person sending you money.

So I have DEEEEEEEP "dead end" or my client must be 100% trustful person which is almost impossible in Internetz :(

It is really unfortunate, since I would love to commission you. Just that I risk losing a lot of money that might not even get to you if I use something other than money order, paypal, or WU.

I guess it is hard with all the banking regulations in Russia. Maybe someone knows a better way. I've never used iKobo before myself but it might be an option. You send money and the person gets it on one of those Visa Prepaid Credit Cards.

I've heard of a site called WebMoney that's supposed to work in Russia (They even link to a russian version of the site at http://www.wmtransfer.com/rus/ at the top of their page), but I don't know if it's actually any good or not...

It is like Russian PayPal.

but there should be conection between PayPal and Webmoney. Officially there is no connection.
