So yeah, that bullshit ban I had...
Firstly, I asked for a grace period to make sure my account was in order before anyone could jump in and get a total closure on it. Here's the reply I got...
"I have had clemency on your offense and given you 2 weeks to ensure your gallery is compliant."
... incorrect grammatical usage of the word clemency (which is a word that's been popping up in news stories lately) to me indicates that whomever this admin is ... is a total leftist sheeple. You can be taken more seriously if you use big fancy words, after all. And I specifically call out leftist-sheeple since that demographic is currently the most petty and prone to use bans as revenge.


To cover my back I've asked admin to review my gallery so that I can get an email stating that it's in good standing with the ToS. Despite 2 attempts I haven't heard back.


So, I'm pretty sure they'll stretch the vague ToS terms to justify a ban on me.


I'll carry on assuming they won't ... but I figure it's worth warning everyone that in case you don't see my gallery here that's why.
