Journal Starts!
I love art. I love doodling and drawing and making people happy. I also LOVE my job, working with animals has been my calling since I could crawl. I took a giant leap in getting into this dog trainer program and I feel like I'm just... not putting effort into what I should.... I wanted to try drawing every day so that I didn't lose my touch in it and I thought I could keep up. However we are starting our training program at work this weekend and I'll be shadowing the current trainer along with school and exams... None of this includes trying to spend time with my amazing supportive husband
and taking care of our amazing dog Rayne and cuddle bug cat Jack or any family... don't even get me started on the mile long list of house chores and shopping.... Lastly and probably the thing I should be most focus on is my health, physically and mentally.
I'm honestly sad to say but I will be scrapping my 365 art idea... any art that I do will be random and mostly for myself or gifts for friends.
I will complete the trade I owe with my friend and the one silly doodle commission tomorrow but I just won't have the time I wish I did to devote to art. Not while I have so much else going on...
I'm sorry for being a disappointment guys.
It would be selfish of us to ask for art without anything in return. It's sad, but we would rather see you happy than getting stressed over art for strangers.
Be a good girl for us and have a good time over anything else.

Lots of love and hugs!

All jokes aside- you do you! I think I speak for most people when I say I didn't watch you for freebies. I watch you for the beautiful things you create! And art is not a soulless thing. If you try and treat it like a factory job (and by that regard, yourself like a factory machine), you will inevitably lose what makes your unique style yours. The joy will be gone, and the art will be lifeless.
TL;DR- Take care of yourself. We love your creations. Do what you can as you feel like it. You are not artbot5000. :)
