All jokes aside- you do you! I think I speak for most people when I say I didn't watch you for freebies. I watch you for the beautiful things you create! And art is not a soulless thing. If you try and treat it like a factory job (and by that regard, yourself like a factory machine), you will inevitably lose what makes your unique style yours. The joy will be gone, and the art will be lifeless.

TL;DR- Take care of yourself. We love your creations. Do what you can as you feel like it. You are not artbot5000. :)

I said right in my comment on your journal to not over do it, didn't I? Yes, it's disappointing that you won't be doing it but that does not mean YOU are a disappointment. My first rule is to always take care of yourself as well as you can. Everything else comes after that. Stay safe, stay strong, stay healthy both in mind and in body.
