TOS - Commissioning Me
- Must be 18 or older
- Payments is up front via PP Invoice
- I am a disabled artist. As such, my turn-around times can very between flare ups of chronic pain. Please understand that patience may be necessary but my typical turn-around time is between 2 weeks to a month for larger pieces on average! (Smaller pieces typically have a turn around of 1-2 weeks!)
- I allow 1 free revision after which I will charge $10 per additional change (Please make sure to verify all of your expectations in our initial communication and try to point out any changes you like during the sketch phase so things are smooth for both of us!)
- I do not charge extra for details I missed on your ref (A missing marking/piercing, ETC)
- I do not charge extra for mobility aids, they are a part of your character
- I do not charge extra for fat characters
- Undiscussed commercial usage of my art is NOT ALLOWED
- If you wish to work with me under the desire to create merch or design a fursuit premade to then sell, please be up front about it so we can work it out. I will charge an appropriate commercial fee as needed.
Wills/Won't's
- I do not draw underage characters
- I will draw characters of all identities, body types, species and races (Provided they are not referred to via harmful slurs. I really don't want to have to list which. Just no.)
- I will not draw characters whose sex/gender/identity is being fetishized
- I do not draw feral NSFW but I can and will draw feral characters SFW
- I draw an array of kinks but I am not comfortable with: Vore, musk, scat, age regression/baby fur or hyper (I will draw exaggerated genitals however) If you aren't sure, ask!
- I don't draw mechs or robots (I am bad at it)
I use an ipad, apple pencil and Procreate to create my art!
TOS - Buying Designs From Me
- You may resell my designs according to obtained art value (bought, drawn yourself etc)
- You may make my designs into personal fursuits but I DO NOT allow the commercial use of my designs. You MAY NOT sell a suit using a design you bought from me. If it was a personal suit that you now must sell, please contact me so we can talk about it. I might work with you in emergency situations if I feel the person is being genuine.
- You may make changes or tweaks to my designs, provided you still credit me for the original design and that it is not unrecognizable as my design.
- Please credit me as the designer on refs when a ref is made of the design
- Trading and gifting is okay!
- You may not place your own rules on my designs, such as demanding people give them back to you if they don't want them anymore
- If character is posted on toyhou.se, please credit my toyhouse directly @ BatRage
- You may NOT delete the toyhouse page under any circumstances.
- you may repost them to your FurAffinity page or Twitter just please credit me. (InaneCypher and @ batrage respectively)
