I've got one of both, kinda. The one in my mind is a bit more "definite" than the other, though.
The mind "Happy Place" is actually the side of a lake, mid spring, toward the evening. I'm not really doing anything, just listening to the water lap at the shore over the sound of trees in the wind and animals within them.
For the real one, well, I like to just get in the car a drive. No real destination in mind, just as long as it's away from traffic and off the highway. Long stretches of road with no traffic, no lights or stop signs, that's where I like to go to find the real life "Happy Place".
Usually it's a mental place, thinking about random fantasy stories or coming up with character concepts. Occasionally it's a psuedo real space, pleasant company with friends. Online or otherwise, how about you?
The two places I have, my apartment and my car.
both make me feel safe and secure, my car means I am in control my apartment is like a fortress of solitude when that door is closed I feel safe
Anytime I'm causing general explosive and/or flaming havoc in a game, mostly. That, and walking out at night when it's snowing or has just snowed and nobody else is out.
At home or at a movie theatre. My happy place is usually where I can go ahead and think up stories without worrying for small things. Stories usually meaning fan fiction of my favorite series.
Depends on the mood. If it's a chill mood: In my room, with a cold one, and a sandwich, playing some Tony Hawk on my old PS2, and playing my acoustic with the windows open.
If it's a fun mood: At the beach with my family, walking around the boardwalk, swimming in the sea.

In my mind; In a smoll cocoon wrapped in warmth and darkness , just a nice place to escape too and meditate
2) Playing music with friends.
3) Making a woman come.
4) Digging crystals.

Now uh... on the naughty side of things... it’s my face shoved in-between some cleavage~
