I dunno I guess this is kinda a vent/update or something like that.

Job-wise things have been up and down. On one end changes have happened and I no longer need to deal with the new people at my job or worry about making a schedule out for a factory floor. On the other end my supervisor expects me to do more things in other areas. Which honestly is fine and makes sense. What doesn't make sense is his decision making process. He frequently doesn't have backup plans for anything that happens at any time in the 'shop'. If someone doesn't show up, needs to go to the office.... etc, I am frequently called in to fill in for an indeterminable amount of time which pulls me away from any of the other sorts of duties or jobs I could be doing on the floor. This doesn't help that the 'cell leaders', basically people who run certain portions of the factory, are for the most part very petty and tend to cry foul the moment I am unable to do something to assist them. Some days can be pretty stressful.

Aside from the job stuff. Regular life has been fine aside from a few hairy winter days here and there. You might have noticed I got a few new art pieces here and there. Honestly most of those have been gifts so thank you to those who got me them (and you know who you all are <3)
