This sucks ive got an awesome avatar lined up to replace my old one but i cant put it up because it has to be 100 x 100 but its 139 x 1something. can anyone sugest any programs that could shrink it without cutting bits off my image (damn paint).

My com messes up so i lost all my previous programs so im asking round so i know wether i should get new ones or just stay with the old.
