PS: Jesus Christ what the heck this companies I swear why is it so dificult we just changed a name in the contract and got a new router why is it so hard just let me have WiFi already!! UUUUUUGH.

I recently had to fight with my provider too (frontier) and oof just getting a new modem & the name changed was a pain.
