I think it's utterly ridiculous that most of the people reviewing the film are either giving it a 1 (the whiny trolls) or a 10 (to counter the trolls). It's like... what is the point of this? What does this accomplish?! This bickering is stupid. Do I think Brie Larson is a shitty person? Yes. Do I think she wanted feminist propaganda in her movie? Yes. But how is the ACTUAL GODDAMN MOVIE ITSELF?! Turns out if you ignore the 1 and the 10s, it ends up being around 7-8. Angry Joe and his crew hovered between a 6 and a 7 for it. I feel that this general range seems much more like what the movie actually is, regardless of my personal feelings on it. I'm just getting sick of this petulant online fighting. It does absolutely nothing, and advances nothing. There're better ways to fight this crap than mud slinging on Rotten Tomatoes. That's just my two cents on it. I think we're ALL tired of this, and we've been tired because it's been 3 years. I think we all need a break, and I think both sides should consider that, too.
