Heya!
Y'know that classic cartoon gag where an anthro character gets covered in quick-drying cement, which then hardens arounds them and freezes them like a statue? That's one of my very favorite cartoon tropes! And it doesn't necessarily have to be concrete: it can be ice, sap, wax, chocolate, metal, mud, or even webbing/bandages for a softer, more mummy-like encasement.
This little document here details every instance of this trope I could find, including links, timestamps, and brief descriptions. I thought I'd make it public, just in case there's anyone else out there who's as weirdly fascinated with this kind of thing as I am! I hope you've been downloading and keeping them in a personal archive too, because the chance of the videos being taken down all of a sudden is never gone ~
In the Disney Afternoon series Goof Trrop Goofy's Cat gets covered in wallpaper adhesive. The episode's name is Counterfeit Goof and it happens around 4 minutes in though the whole scene after the opening song is pretty amusing with Goofy accidently glueing his Cat on the wall at first till the end where there suddenly is a Cat-shaped door stopper. X3
