Regarding Callouts

With apologies to my watches, I'm really frustrated and this page is the only place it would make sense to talk about this particular subject, so let's go.
I'm afraid I can't mention anyone in particular since I don't want to stoop to their level but there are certain members of this community who for some reason think that publically shaming people is okay. I’m talking about posting screenshots of private conversations, making callouts over things that were told to them in confidence, publically berating them on twitter over some extremely trivial thing… The list goes on. And I personally take issue with that cuz I feel like that’s a really shitty thing do. Honestly.
Now, of course I can’t force everyone to just accept my point of view. But stop for a second and ask yourself, is it really okay to use your influence as a popular artist to go against a single person? I mean there are exceptions for everything but that just seems like an extremely petty and cowardly thing to do. And regardless of how good your work is, regardless of how many people follow you, you’re still a vindictive little bitch for targeting people like that.
Like if you’ve got a problem with someone just freaking talk to them about it, or ignore them if that’s what you prefer. Like ffs it’s not that difficult not to be a cunt, right?

even if someones fucked me off i'd never post private convo logs in public unless its to defend myself against someone doing it to me. Ultimately it is cowardly and people should talk their issues out but many ppl go straight for the mob attack
