Panzers are back!
xx
Thank you for your interest in my art. This will cover Commissions, Requests, and Trades. I am strictly a digital artist outside of personal work. Please do not ask me about traditional work.
1. I am a slow artist.
This is the most important thing you need to know when commissioning or trading with me. I have ADD, I work, and I have a life outside of my computer so I may not always be able to hunker down and work out a piece as quickly as some other artists. If this poses a problem, I may not be the artist for you.
2. I will always keep you updated.
This is only fair to you as my client. I may send you updates while actively drawing, or I may only send you an update after I have finished a session. Either way, you will always know what is happening to your piece. This includes any time that I am absent and/or unable to draw for any reason- you will always be informed of what is going on.
3. I WILL draw:
SFW, dragons, furry/anthro, feral, and other sci-fi creatures as well as NSFW nudity and gore. I am always ready to accept a challenge, but I will also be honest if I think I may be unable to achieve something specific or to your liking.*
4. I WILL NOT draw:
Porn, most "obscene" fetishes (like scat, BO, adult diapers, etc), anything suggestive of beastiality (no feral yiff) or under age characters (including but not limited to Cub).*
This is non-negotiable.
*If you do not see your subject matter listed, please don't hesitate to ask.
5. Backgrounds:
I can do transparent images with no problem. I usually do not draw backdrops, but this is not to say I won't do them at all. Simple backgrounds can range from a single colour or gradient to basic backgrounds. More detailed scenery can be done, however the more complex the backdrop is, the higher the price will be and the longer it will take me to complete your piece. Just as with subject matter, if I am unsure of my ability to draw your background I will inform you immediately or refuse it entirely. Please ask me about these things when requesting your commission.
Me, the artist:
I have full autonomy. If I do not feel comfortable drawing something, I have full right to deny your commission/trade/request. I have the right to share the art I have drawn for you in my art galleries, on social media, or elsewhere. I also have the right to use the art I have drawn for you as an example of past work if need be. I have the right to decide to make prints, posters, or other material items out of a piece I have done for a client; however, I will be making sure the owner of a character is first accepting of said character being further monetized in this way. I will always credit a character to its owner anywhere the art is posted or used.
You, the client:
If I have drawn art for you specifically, you may post it in your art gallery or share it on social media so long as you please credit back to me, Lokkhart. If applicable, I'd appreciate if you would also link back to my original submission. You may not claim my art as your own. You may not trace over or otherwise alter my art. You may not capitalize on or re-sell my art (this does not include selling a character with art that I have drawn).
Payment:
I use paypal exclusively. Upon agreeing on ideas and a price, I will begin sketching your piece. When the idea is finalized, I will request payment up front. You will see neither hide nor tail of your piece beforehand. After you have paid, I will keep you informed regularly (see section 2) until the piece is complete.
Refunds:
If you have paid me for art, I will see it finished. "Paid is Priority." There will be no refunds unless I am for some reason unable to complete your commission, at which point I will refund the percentage of what I have not completed.
Commissions:
As of right now, I don't have set prices. I am more than happy to discuss your ideas with you and formulate something from there. Simple sketches are usually $10-25 USD, inked/coloured/shaded drawings can range from $25-50 USD. These do not include backgrounds (see section 5). And finally, reference sheets start at $45 USD.
Trades:
I do not frequently partake in trades, but always feel free to ask me. All above TOS will apply.
Requests:
I do not take requests unless explicitly offered. Do not ask me to draw you something if you are not willing to pay.
