Not much. The one coworker is still a pain in the rear regarding sound effects as well as thinking he’s in charge of the place. I made sure that he knows that I won’t be following his orders as he’s not the boss.
He’s actually called the sound effects harassment even though he’s been told by at least one three people higher than the site manager that he has no case at all. From what I’ve seen the coworker is the one borderlining harassment by actually telling his job coach and the site manager how to do their jobs and even making threats to call their superiors, even though he can’t back it up.
Im definitely doing my best to keep my composure there.

The best you can do is what you holding there, bud. Just stay calm, but firm about what is going on.

It’s definitely very tiring, especially when I’m on my feet 90% of my day keeping myself busy while taking short breaks to make sure I don’t blow my back out. (Had it happen before and it sucked as I missed nearly a month of work) while he just sits on his rear most of the day in between donors. He’d sit all day if he could. He’s even complained about donors just pulling in as it means he has to get up off his butt and work. I’d personally love to see him have to work at some of my previous job sites, as he’d get a quick dose of reality that the world doesn’t revolve around him and most people especially job coachs wouldn’t be tolerant of his bullying/borderline harassing attitude.
Honestly it’s this site and seeing the wonderful art that helps keep me sane, so you definitely have a major hand in helping me keep my sanity. So keep being your super awesome self. You have more of an impact than you realize.

Oh wow, I had a co-worker that sounded just like that. She had 2 kids, and she would always say "The baby wouldn't sleep, I don't want to do it." and she wouldn't... so I had to pick up her slack for the store. .-. I understand that feeling cause I was help raising my 2 nephews and niece, two were babies and one was child. So like, I got where it was tiring, but if it effected your work that bad, then you should quit the damn job and stay home with the baby... she used the baby as an excuse for literally everything... then just a week before I quit the job, she got pregnant AGAIN.

I looked at the managers and said "Have fun." I knew for a fact two of them were dreading it, 100%. (This was like....7 or 8 years ago)

Yep. It’s sad that there’s people like that out there making the good people look bad. Definitely glad you got out of that job. Odds are that she’s not working there anymore and if so she’d better be pulling her weight there. Yeah. I get that this coworker of mine has a mental disability that gives him the mentality of a child but that’s no excuse for behaving badly, especially to your superiors. It’d be like disrespecting your parents in their house. It wouldn’t end well.
