1) All payment is due before work is started on orders >$50, on the rare occasion that an order is more than $50 USD you may pay half in advance and half afterwards. Payment plans are also accepted.
1a) On occasion that you âskip outâ on payments and ghost on me, you will not be refunded and you will be blocked after a 72 hour waiting period after I confront you. This will be to my own disgression based on previous interactions.
1b) After I have informed you of winning an auction you have 24 hours to submit payment unless something else is agreed upon. Failure to submit payment will result in your slot being resold, you are welcome to rebid, but failure to pay after the second 24 hour period will result in a block.
2) You are responsible for telling me all details about your character. If something is not listed on your reference, you must state it before I start drawing.
2a) Obviously if I miss something in my own ignorance I will fix it. If I miss something due to your own ignorance it is up to my own disgression to fix it and is solely based on your attitude and complexity of what I messed up/missed. Just donât be an ass and Iâll do whatever you pay me to.
3) Youâre free to post your art wherever you please, please credit me based on where youâre posting (oneberryfox for insta/FA/twitter and Mercy DeFoxa for FB)
4) Youâre entitled to asking me to refrain from posting your art as well but comes with a 75% upcharge (which is usually seven dollars) making and posting art is how I continue to take commissions and make a living, please understand that this is a fair trade.
5) I reserve the right to cancel or decline at my own disgression; that will be dependent on your personality, requests, payment needs, and age. I donât deal with shitty people or ever-changing requests, and I do not draw NSFW for minors
6) NSFW commissions require proof of being 18+. No exceptions.
7) I do work on written descriptions, your own doodles, someone elseâs doodles, or a concept youâve had in your head for awhile; in case a reference sheet is not available. Refer to term number 5. I will work with you only so much.
8) Turn around time is absolutely subjective. It may be 2-3 days or 1-2 weeks. If you have a deadline you MUST add a +5 upcharge, no exceptions and is subject to my own disgression. I have a life outside art and I do not spend my life drawing for this cheap, my prices take into consideration my fluctuating schedule and you are expected to respect that! Thank you.
