Which RPG classes would you give your characters?
So, I'm bored, so here's a little attempt at starting a meme.
Take as many of your characters as you like and give them an RPG class that suits them.
Vinderex: Red mage. He's adept with a rapier, and possesses some knowledge of magic too, particularly of the wind and fire elements. Has a couple of low level healing spells too.
Varlan: Warrior, Maybe even Barbarian. He's ALL about dealing insane amounts of damage to any who would dare invoke his wrath. While he does possess some medical knowledge as well, he's more likely to simply rely on adrenaline to keep him slicing and blasting his way through armies of enemies, and then only later dealing with whatever wounds he might rarely have gotten in return.
Zyr: Magic Knight. He'd wear armor and wield a sword, using magic to enhance both himself and the sword, maybe occasionally casting an offensive spell or two.
River: Monk. He'd have a refined, disciplined, and elegant fighting style using a guandao. He'd naturally dance his way around incoming attacks, deflect or sometimes even catch projectiles and magic with his weapon or his bare hands, and would take advantage of things such as pressure points to quickly subdue foes. He'd also possess some healing and water magic.
Rask: Lancer/Dragoon. He'd keep enemies at a distance with his trusty pokeystick. Also, jump attacks!
Saireth: Black Knight. He'd have the immense strength necessary to strongarm a giant buster sword, single handedly swinging it around and smashing through anything in his way with it. And he'd pair it with powerful dark magic.
Zaerilia: Wizard/Sorceress (obviously). Do I even need to explain this one? Nothing pleasures her more than dominating "inferior beings", and ravaging entire lands with otherwordly fire.

Tetsuya would be a wizard, lacking strength but being more of a mind/intelligence oriented person.
Mint would be a paladin, big and strong, not the smartest, perhaps not the wisest either, but definitely a good heart.
And Verdelith would be a rogue, being part cat probably helps sneaking, he's kinda smug and lazy and would do whatever he'd get away with really!
Been thinking about this question as well before, interesting to see someone else has been thinking about the same thing!
Saoshi: Black Mage Sao has and always will be an elementalist. A fairly powerful one too.
Talon: Dragoon Jumps long, jumps far, and tends to favor polearms to make use of his long reach
Kendal: Gunner/Machinist The little cheetah has always been a bit of a tech wiz, and prefers firearms
Ixen: Monk/Brawler. The fire drake loves a good fist fight and he's dang good at it.
Jai: Alchemist/Apothecary. Jai's really smart, and very good at making something out of nothing, potion/salve/powder-wise. He can't actually use magic, though, so he relies on some of his friends for more 'magical' ingredients.
Polaris: Paladin. Pol is a straight shooter, uses a big, two-handed sword and never takes off his armor. Though instead of wielding light magic, he's got ice instead.
Kelso: Dancer. The squirrel loves to dance, and even uses the fluid motion of said dancing in combat. Plus his dancing allows him to control earth via a contract with an earth spirit.
I got a lot more guys, but these are the ones who were easy to figure out.
Tasha (Absol): She most certainly fits that of a thief class like the Assassin of Diablo II: Lord of Destruction
Slyma (Goodra): More like a magic tank with elemental resistance and a fair magic stat.
King (Arcanine): Probably more in line with a Lightning Bruiser class due to high speed, Special Attack and Attack.
Lucas (Lucario): Most certainly like the Melee DPS classes in many games that contrast with the Melee Tank classes.
I'm ungodly fond of Bloodrages. :X
Lucas: Mime or Blue Mage
Daltea: Paladin or White Mage
Nambri: Warrior
Lana: Monk
Lucé: Thief
Thalia: Black Mage
Illora: Spellblade
Tyrus: Ranger or Bard
Satire: Dragoon or Lancer
Sol: Rager (think Gau from FF6)
Only one I couldn't really give one to is my yet to be named Flydra
Though I guess Sorcerer would be the class, fire magic and stuff. No need for weapons or clothing!
