I hate the attitude that "hating Antifa = Nazi". A lot of us are just very critical of the communist lean and background that Antifa has had historically, and that it seems to have today. So how does being against Communism automatically make one a Nazi? Like...I'm pretty sure that there's more than two sides here, guys. >.<

Kind of ironic when you think about it, since Antifa tend to be against anyone or anything that goes against what they believe, and get violent most times about it.

I'm generally not a proponent of hitting people you don't agree with, period. That's why everything's in such a sorry state now, because everyone's decided they're in a war against whoever has differing views and they must attack. I don't think people would be so quick to get outraged over everything if they didn't feel like they had to constantly be on the defensive from people attacking them.

And I just generally try not to speak up too much about politics because it's just nasty business. I mostly just wanted you to think about it a little bit so you won't have to deal with more of this kinda crap in the future. Humans tend to mirror each others' behaviors, so you get what you give.

Well, maybe not "deserve," but it's not surprising that you received this kind of response. If you attack someone, whether physically or verbally, it's likely that they'll respond in kind. I'm not saying that you can't criticize someone, but that you should be prepared for blowback when you do.

Politics and furries dont go well together, its like, it should be a 2/10 scale of intensity at the max but ALOT of them crank it up to 10. Just accept people have different political views then you, is what I would say :T

It's common sense to condemn the veneration of nazis or the promotion of their ideology. But it is equally repugnant to advocate and promote, or turn a blind eye to the veneration of the ideology of antifa, as FA appears to be doing with that CoC change. Therefore, in my mind, furry art critical of antifa should continue to spread, even on this site, regardless of the CoC.

You attack someone, regardless of ideology, political identity or alignment, they have full rights to defend themselves.
Hell, if they attack you first and you subdue the aggressor, you can enact Citizens Arrest and detain the aggressor till authorities arrive.
You have to be CERTAIN though, if you detain someone under Citizens Arrest and YOU'RE the aggressor, it's not going to end well for ya lol

Anyway, it's typical BS tactics we've come to expect when it comes to politics.
