Golden State Fur con 2019

Hey there, Joey here. I wanted to give an update of my busy weekend in Irvine.
First off, it was pretty cool to attend a first year con, also take place near the original Califur location from years ago.
I decided to stay for the weekend to see how it was like, along with my bro.
Not gonna lie, but I think this one was far better than califur by far.
Only thing that I didn't like was me not taking enough pictures from the event. I was busy part taking the activities.
I attended some panels, played in the game room, joined the fursuit parade, and mostly relaxed as this was also my vacation from day to day life.
I've also noticed that my fursuit needs a bit of a make over, mostly the fursuit head, luckily I learned a few tips and tricks at one of the panels, many interesting tips.
I like the idea of a small con, just like this one.
It was fun.
Things that I would do better for next year:
Not get stressed out over nonsense, and lose a bit of weight.
Hope to go next year in 2020.

con is like for myself. I would not have been
able to go anyway, because I did not have
much time to plan in advance. Also, I wanted
to see how the con would do this year. Turns
out, that it went really well. I will possibly go
next year. :3
From all the pictures I've seen and news I've heard
about, the con turned out to be very good. So many
familiar faces at that con, from what I've seen in the
pics. Like people, I haven't seen in a very long time.
I may come down next year. :)
On a side note, I wouldn't really say it was better than Califur.
Califur was a good con, when it used to be held in Irvine. The
new location wasn't all that great in my opinion. 1. Too hot!
2. Wasted space and too big. 3. Walk from hotel to con space,
bad in heat. 4. Poorly staffed and managed, except Raven
was always the coolest employee there. Only nice thing I
liked, were the rooms and free parking. That's it.
