surprise! help name my puppy

I'm getting a puppy! I've been looking hard for a really long time for the perfect parents to become my future service dog. he was the second pick of the litter but the most promising to be a service dog and if it doesn't work he will still be an great buddy.

I've never heard of dog with that name so it seems unique !

All the choices were really cute but I def loved otis, especially like you said milo and otis!
but ugh the tree names are good and I used to live on a road called cedar so memories
