It is one of the philosophies we have developed. For though none is truly happy without proper humanization, familiarization, family-like form of communication between consumer and marketer. It helps to improve the company to hear the voice of its consumers and its people and to advertise their voices. For though it provokes an intellectual debate/discussion in how to improve it, brings out the best of whom wish to improve, both themselves and the public or company. And as simply stated in the article, brings out honesty.

And thus why it is a philosophy we actively participate in. For though we'd never improve without advertising and communicating the complaints of many others, if for though we had any. Thus why we constantly wish for criticism and recommendations.

For though to make a group quiet because of one's ego and predetermined, static views/behaviour, brings out the worst. But to accept faults in oneself and/or their corporation, accepting the criticism given by many others and accepting given feedback, is truly the best strategy that cannot be seen by a close-minded person to progress in the long-run. For though those that stick with a static, closed mind do not progress as fast as those with an open, accepting mind.

Creativity and feedback are meant to be emphasized, advertised and encouraged, not suppressed or destroyed.
