Making this comic has always been a big dream of mine, ever since its spiritual predecessor "Not Big and Not Clever" got cancelled. But unfortunately, my day job gets in the way a LOT. Being a freelancer, I always have a lot going on to cover my costs, which leaves me exhausted by the end of the day to work on anything else. During holidays and vacations I got family around me too often, and this is not something I'd like to share with them just yet. I am sure many of you can relate.
So here's what I propose... By supporting the comic on Patreon, I can replace some of my daily workload with SHIBI time! This way I can keep earning what I need, cover my costs and actually take on the comic as a part-time job! This means the comic can actually start getting proper regular updates every 15-30 days (maybe even sooner, depends on how much work I can replace), instead of releasing two pages every year, which is no good AT ALL!! I have too many cool situations and macro shenanigans to draw and this pacing is totally killing my vibe (and I am sure, yours too)!!
SO LET'S GIVE THIS A GO, SHALL WE?
Oh and by the way... NEW STRIP COMING OUT THIS WEEK!!!!
