It's kinda obvious when you think about it "pneumo" usually has something to do with the lungs and "sillico" is any medical condition invovling sillica deposited in the lungs. The suffix "osis" is associated with diseases

looking and analysing the word, I'm gonna assume this is the full medical name of the condition where microscopic sillica particles of volcanic origin are deposited in the lungs, causing scarring and damage to lung tissue and difficulty breathing. The condition is usually caused by prolonged exposure to airborne volcanic dust and ash.
