When you purchase one of my adopts, whether it be here, or any of my accounts,
you agree to the following:
*rules, if applicable, apply to any art received to you that is by me*
BLACKLIST

- You agree you will not resell or trade the design without telling me first. I would like to keep track of them.
- You agree you will not make copies, breed the adopt, or anything of the like with your new design.
- You MUST credit it me on reference sheets of the character for making the design, if you added edits, or someone else did for you, you can/must credit them aswell.
- You agree you will NOT give the design to anyone who is on my blacklist. I understand if it was an accident, but just be cautious, as I may blacklist you too if I find you disregard my rules and do it anyway.
- No matter what happens, if you make a trade/deal with me and decide to go back on it when I already finished my end of the deal, or you try to take your art for free, I will blacklist you and you will not be able to use my artwork ANYWHERE.
- If I allow you to sell my artwork, you must follow my rules or you will be blacklisted and not allowed to use my artwork for profit any longer.
If someone asks you to trade with them for a design I made you, or you bought, always bring it up with me, because that person might be banned from my store.
Any who copies, heavily references my designs will automatically be blacklisted.
If you purchase/commission/trade/receive art from me:- You agree you will not resell only the art. You may resell the the character design as long as you ask me if you are permitted to, but do not individually sell my art pieces.
- You agree you will not alter, touch-up, or edit my art in anyway.
- When commissioning me personal art may be done before your commission. That doesn't mean I am not working on yours, but that I needed a break and to expand my mind before starting again.
- You are allowed to use the art you received as a wallpaper or icon, or even upload it to your gallery or social media, however YOU MUST ALWAYS CREDIT ME! NO MATTER WHAT! Failure may result in blacklist.
This TOS is subject to change, and any changes made will be put into action effective immediately, and will apply to any purchases/trades whether or not they were before or after the transaction.
