Depression sucks

General
As many people know, depression can be debilitating. It can take over the life of not only the person suffering from it, but also those closest to them. Bipolar lows are no different. Add in some overwhelming stress, and you've got a deadly combination.
That's the summary of my life right now. I know I'm not the only one dealing with this kind of thing. I know I'm not the only one dealing with even just my own struggles. I know I'm not alone. Yet, when I curl up in bed and close my eyes every night, it kinda feels that way.
My biggest support is too far away to cuddle up to when I need to cry, or vent, or just feel like someone is there. He does his best, and he's amazing at what he's able to do. I love him to death. But it sucks being so far apart physically. And he feels the same way.
Friday night date nights are the best part of every week, because we finally get to hold each other. But they're never long enough. And the goodbyes are getting harder and harder.
Anyway, long story short:
Life sometimes sucks. Find a support system, let that support be there when you need it. And overuse "I love you" when it's genuinely what you feel. You're not alone.
I love you, babe. For always.
